Derbyshire Trusted Trader
We have been members of Derbyshire Trading Standards Trusted Trader Scheme since 2009.
Derbyshire Trusted Trader was set up in November 2008 to help local people find reliable traders and businesses who agree to do a good job at a fair price and commit to providing good customer service.
Derbyshire Trading Standards vets all the businesses on the Derbyshire Trusted Trader register.

Property Care Association (PCA)
In 2015, we became members of the Property Care Association (PCA).
Formerly part of the BWPDA (British Wood Preserving and Damp-proofing Association), the PCA is the trade body for the structural and basement waterproofing, wood preservation, damp proofing, wall tie replacement and structural maintenance industries in the UK.
PCA Members are:
- Subject to a rigorous application process and ongoing checks in order to achieve and retain membership.
- Audited and quality of work checked on site by a PCA assessor.
- Subject to ongoing and regular technical, operational and procedural checks.
- Required to have a qualified surveyor (CSRT).
- Provide Continuous training for staff.
- Able to offer third party insurance backed guarantees.
- Required to adhere to a formal Code of Conduct and minimum Performance Standards.
- Required to abide by a strict Code of Ethics.
- Expected to co-operate with the PCA in the unlikely event of any problems or complaints.

Aswell as joining the PCA in 2015, we also became full members of the Trustmark Scheme.
